ICCAS - Helpful instructions to prepare your presentation
Oral sessions instructions
Oral sessions will take place in the Lecture theater 1. Each oral presentation has a 15-minute slot, followed by a 5-minute slot for questions and discussions.
The Lecture theater 1 is equipped with a computer and a projection system. To secure presentations, we ask that all presenters upload their slides and video compressed in a .zip file with the following name: #ID_NAME_firstname (of the speaker) directly in the ICCAS shared folder before June 09th, 2026.
For your oral presentation, you can use a PPT or PDF format, your slideshow will be necessary displayed with the conference computer (Windows) because it will be also broadcasted to the visioconference system (Zoom).
Just in case, please, prepare and bring a USB flash drive with your presentation files.
Please include the title, the author(s) and your(s) affiliation(s) in the first slide of your presentation. Make sure your presentation lettering is neat, clear and large enough to be read from a distance.
Poster session instructions
The Poster session and presentations will take place in the main hall. The poster session has a duration of 1 hour and 45 minutes.
The dimensions of your poster should be A0, portrait orientation (841 x 1189 mm).
Your poster includes a title, the author(s), affiliation(s), and a description of the research highlighting the major elements that are covered in the abstract. Make sure your lettering is neatly done and is large enough to be read from a distance.
At your arrival at ISAE-SUPAERO, the welcome desk will indicate you the number of the board and give you magnets to hang your poster.
The posters stay on their board the two days of the conference. Before leaving ISAE-SUPAERO, you must take your poster with you and return magnets to the registration desk.
Demonstration session instructions
Demonstrations will take place in the rooms 05.108 and 05.112. The demonstration session has a duration of 1 hour and 45 minutes.
For each demonstration, a table and chair, and power-outlet will be available. We recall that each presenter has already expressed her/his needs regarding screens, dock station, keyboard, etc. If you have any doubt, please contact iccas.admin@isae.fr
The demonstration rooms will be secured and presenters can leave their material during the two days of the conference if they suit. Before definitively leaving ISAE-SUPAERO, you must take your material with you and return the equipment lent to the organizers.
