Oral sessions helpful instructions
- The amphitheater is equipped with a computer and a projection system. To secure presentations, we ask that all presenters upload their slides and video files with the following name to the .zip file: paper#ID_NAME_firstname (of the speaker) directly in the nextcloud folder before May 15th, 2024.
For your oral presentation, you can use a PPT or PDF format, your slideshow will be necessary displayed with the conference computer (Windows) because it will be also broadcasted to the visioconference system (Zoom).
Just in case, please, prepare and bring a USB flash drive with your presentation files.
- Please include the title, the author(s) and your(s) affiliation(s) in the first slide of your presentation.
- In the presentation, focus on what you want the audience to know about your work and summarize key study/research findings.
- Make sure your presentation lettering is neat, clear and large enough to be read from a distance.
Poster sessions
- Poster presentations will be in the reception hall.
- The dimensions of your poster should be A0, portrait orientation (841 x 1189 mm).
- Your poster includes a title, the author(s), affiliation(s), and a description of the research highlighting the major elements that are covered in the abstract.
- Make sur your lettering is neatly done and is large enough to be read from a distance.
- At your arrival at ISAE-SUPAERO, the welcome desk will indicate you the number of the board and give you magnets to hang your poster.
- The posters stay on their board the two days of the conference. Before leaving ISAE-SUPAERO, you must take your poster with you and return magnets to the welcome desk.
