Preceding the conference on Sunday, July 26th at 5-7pm, there will be an ice breaker session, where you can pick up your badges. This will be held at the Hotel Mercure Toulouse Centre Compans where the conference will take place.
There will additionally be a banquet on Wednesday, July 29th at 7:30pm, which must be registered for during the main conference registration.
