ICCAS Virtual 2021 / May 18, 2021 - 10 am - 12:00 pm

The ICCAS Virtual 2021 conference aims to promote the dissemination and exchange of scientific information for the next generation of civil and military aircraft.

Organized this year virtually, this meeting will allow you to attend the interventions of two experts from the operational world as well as a presentation by a renowned researcher.

A webinar that will address a wide range of theoretical and practical topics related to neuroergonomics and human factors, artificial intelligence or systems engineering.

The longer-term goal: to create a community aiming to develop intelligent aviation systems able of interacting naturally with the crew while conserving human mental and physical resources.

Virtual conference program

  • 10:00-10h15: Welcome speech and topic presentation by Bruno Stoufflet (Dassault Aviation).

  • 10:15-11:00: The relationship between the pilot and the machine by Don Harris (Coventry University).

  • 11:00-11:45: Round table on the issue in the military field by David Pappalardo (Directorate General for International Relations and Strategy) and Anthony Vacher (French Armed Forces Biomedical Research Institute).

  • 11:45-12:00: Conclusion speech, research perspectives and future ICCAS 2022 conference by Mickaël Causse (ISAE-SUPAERO).
