ation\, taking place 18–22 May on the ISAE-SUPAERO campus in Toulouse.\n
\nThis immersive programme offers a unique opportunity to dive into the la
test scientific advances and the most innovative research shaping the futu
re of zero-emission aviation. Designed for PhD candidates\, postdoctoral r
esearchers and research engineers from both engineering disciplines and th
e humanities and social sciences\, the Research School provides a truly in
terdisciplinary learning environment where multiple perspectives meet and
enrich one another.\n\nOver five days in Toulouse\, participants will enga
ge in a stimulating\, high-level exploration of aviation’s transition to
wards sustainability\, combining the latest disciplinary insights with int
 egrative\, systemic approaches.\n\nThe programme features:\n\n\n	\n	Plenar
 y lectures\,\n	\n	\n	Two parallel course tracks\, one dedicated to Exact s
ciences / Engineering and the other to humanities and social sciences\,\n
\n	\n	Collaborative projects carried out in small\, mixed-discipline teams
 \,\n	\n	\n	The collective development of an aviation Gigamap\, a systemic
visual representation capturing the interactions and causalities within
the aviation sector.\n	\n\n\nHosted in the inspiring and peaceful environ
ment of Toulouse\, the aerospace capital at the heart of Europe\, the prog
ramme also offers exclusive visits to Airbus and the Aeroscopia Museum\, i
mmersing participants in the rich past\, present\, and future of aviation
and offering the ideal backdrop for deep reflection\, meaningful conversat
ions\, and new professional connections.\n\nThe ISA Research School seeks
to provide a unique intellectual environment that:\n\n\n	\n	Brings togethe
r young researchers from diverse fields to confront and enrich their metho
 ds\;\n	\n	\n	Encourages cross-fertilization between technical\, environmen
 tal\, economic\, and societal perspectives\;\n	\n	\n	Promotes a holistic u
nderstanding of aviation’s transformation in the face of sustainability
challenges.\n	\n\n\nWe warmly invite PhD students\, postdoctoral researche
rs and research engineers willing to shape the future of sustainable avia
tion to join us for this unique learning experience.\n\nCome learn from l
eading experts\, collaborate across disciplines\, and become part of a new
generation of researchers committed to building the future of aviation.\n
 \n \n\nREGISTRATION FEES (incl. VAT)*:\n\nEarly-bird registration until 1
 2th March\, 2026 at midnight (Paris time):\n\n\n	€700 (without accommoda
tion)\n	€995 with the accommodation option: 5 nights in the ISAE-SUPAERO
  residence (Altéal)\n\n\nStandard registration from 13th March\, 2026 to
19th April 2026 at midnight (Paris time):\n\n\n	€900 (without accommoda
tion)\n	€1\,195 with the accommodation option: 5 nights in the ISAE-SUPA
ERO residence (Altéal)\n\n\nApplications received after the deadline or s
ubmitted or transmitted in ways other than those listed above will not be
considered. \n\n*Young researchers affiliated to ISA will benefit from a g
rant allocated by the Occitanie Region.\n\n \n\n\nhttps://events.isae-sup

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Caroline Chanel (ISAE-SUPAERO)\n\n\nConference Goal\
nFollowing the great success of ICCAS 2022 and ICCAS 2024\, we are pleased
to organize the ICCAS 2026 conference. \nThe International Conference on
Cognitive Aircraft Systems (ICCAS) aims to foster the dissemination and ex
change of scientific knowledge on the next generation of civil and militar
y aircraft. It provides an excellent forum for combining academic researc
h and industrial works to examine how we can develop intelligent aircraft
systems owning more freedom of choice\, sensitivity to the context\, learn
ing capabilities\, and able to interact naturally with the pilots or the o
perators while saving their mental and physical resources. \nRecent trends
in this field address several major aspects such as the online monitoring
of operator based on behavioral\, physiological\, and neurological measur
ements\, the design of more ecological human-machine interfaces providing
intuitive information about the flight or mission status to support decisi
on process\, and architecture rules that guarantee a high level of operati
on safety. \nThe conference addresses a wide spectrum of theoretical and p
ractical topics related to neuroergonomics and human factors\, artificial
intelligence\, human-machine interaction and autonomous systems engineeri
ng. It is mainly focused on aeronautics but contributions from a wide rang
 e of domains such as automotive\, robots\, drones\, or human-computer inte
raction and artificial agents are welcome.\nTopics of interest include\, b
ut are not limited to:\n\nNeuroergonomics and human factors \n\nEye tracki
 ng\, EEG\, ECG\, fNIRS\, other measurement methods\nBrain computer interfa
